You do the trade work. We bring the scope in writing, the supervision and a pay schedule agreed up front.
- 1Send your trade, the counties you cover and your crew size.
- 2Attach your state trade licence (if your trade needs one), a certificate of insurance and a W-9.
- 3We review the documents and our subcontract terms with you before any pricing.
- 4Your first job with us is a smaller job, so we both see how it goes.
- 5We agree the pay schedule in writing before you start.
