Text messaging notice
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. How we use your information
- To reply to your request and schedule a walk-through
- To price, schedule and run your job, and keep the job's records
- To send texts about your request and project, only if you agreed to them

- To improve our website and service, and to meet legal obligations
We may use business software, including AI tools, to organize requests and draft replies. We do not sell your information.
4. Text messages (SMS)
How you opt in
We text only people who agree on our online request form at blountconstructiongroup.com/contact. Directly under the phone number field are two separate, optional, unchecked boxes: one for non-marketing texts about your request and project (walk-through confirmations, reminders and updates) and one for occasional marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We store each consent with the phone number, date, time and exact wording. See how the opt-in works.
Who the texts come from
Texts come from Blount Construction Group LLC. Some texts may come from our local business lines and are signed with that line's name, for example "Houston Home & Attic Insulation, a Blount Construction Group company". They are part of the same program and covered by this policy, and STOP and HELP work the same way.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)

We also use service providers that run our customer-management, phone and texting, email and website hosting systems; they may use your information only to provide those services to us. We disclose information when the law requires it. All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with any third party.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
