By using the website at blountconstructiongroup.com, sending us a request, or using any service offered by Blount Construction Group LLC ("Blount," "we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. SMS (text message) terms

Program description

Program name: Blount Construction Group Text Messages. Blount Construction Group LLC sends non-marketing text messages about your request and project (walk-through confirmations, reminders, scheduling and project updates, and replies to your questions) and, only to people who separately agree, occasional marketing texts such as special offers and seasonal promotions.

How to opt in

You opt in only by checking the optional, unchecked text-message boxes directly under the phone number field on our request form at blountconstructiongroup.com/contact: one box for non-marketing texts and a separate box for marketing texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you authorize Blount Construction Group LLC to text you at the phone number you provided. See how the opt-in works.

Who the texts come from

Some texts may come from our local business lines and are signed with that line's name, for example "Houston Home & Attic Insulation, a Blount Construction Group company". These texts are part of the same program and follow these terms.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time: text STOP to (832) 260-0369 or reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on our request form.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 3. Requests, walk-throughs and prices

Sending a request through our website is an enquiry, not a contract. Work is agreed only in a written proposal or contract signed by you and Blount Construction Group LLC. Walk-throughs are free and carry no obligation. Prices are given in writing after we see the job, and the signed contract governs scope, price, schedule and warranty.

You agree to give us accurate information, including your contact details and the project address.

4. Website content

The text, images, logos and design on blountconstructiongroup.com belong to Blount Construction Group LLC or its licensors. Video clips on the site show types of work and are not presented as our own projects unless stated. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Blount Construction Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for construction work is governed by the signed contract for that work.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
